Job Description
You will be working with staff who enjoy caring for persons who are impacted by a mental illness or developmental disability. You can make a difference in the lives of our consumers, so they too have the opportunity to pursue their dreams, live their lives to the fullest, and be a valued member of their community.
This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to the total compensation of your paycheck and are subject to eligibility requirements of the appropriate differential .
This position requires the ability to perform a variety of routine manual tasks involving cleaning of offices, restrooms, program areas and consumer areas. The ability to operate various powered equipment, the ability to deliver and maintain supplies in restrooms and homes, and the ability to follow specific instructions with general supervision are important aspects of this position. You will also be responsible for cleaning fleet vehicles.- 0-1 year of work experience.(substitutions may be allowed)
- A basic knowledge of cleaning techniques.
- A willingness to work, energetic, detail oriented, and dependable.
- Flexibility to assist where needed.
