Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties operating and maintaining City of Bryan ’s Coulter Airfield.
Essential Job Functions

• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Fuels aircraft by operating refueler trucks and operating fuel farm equipment.
• Assists in aircraft handling operations to include towing.
• Maintains airport runways including replacing runway lights and clearing debris from runways.
• Provides general maintenance for hangars and terminal building, including daily janitorial duties; secures terminal building at closing time.
• Maintains minimum airport grounds landscaping and trash removal.
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on service trucks and other airport equipment.
• Maintains and performs inventory on tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Promptly reports all accidents, injuries, theft/loss, broken equipment, or other unsafe practices/conditions to management.
• Responds to airport emergencies as required.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED .
• Willingness to provide outstanding customer service to all patrons.
• Safety conscience and willingness to learn safe airport operations.

Equivalent combinations of education, experience, certification, and training may be considered

Licenses, Certifications & Special Requirements
Texas Class C driver’s license with good driving record as measured by the City’s evaluation system.

Salary:

$15.00/hour
