This position provides a unique and exciting opportunity to serve in a key administrative, financial, and technical role in TTUHSC Business Affairs which includes the following departments: Accounting Services, Application Development, Contracting, Finance Systems Management, General Services, Payment Services, Purchasing, and Student Business Services.

The Senior Managing Director of Business Systems and Analytics is essential to strengthen institutional alignment between technology, finance, and operations. This role provides strategic leadership for Application Development and Finance Systems Management, ensuring business systems support organizational goals and deliver high quality services across TTUHSC. Working closely with the AVP of Business Affairs, the position helps solve complex operational challenges, leads documentation and optimization of business processes, provides expert assistance on financial and business matters, and enhances institutional decision making through advanced data analytics. By building strong cross functional relationships and maintaining proactive communication, this role elevates Business Affairs' strategic capacity and ensures the institution can operate efficiently in an increasingly data driven environment.

Major/Essential Functions



Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Eight years of progressively responsible management experience is required. Education beyond the bachelor's level may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.
