Description

THE POSITION

The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking a Management Analyst I/II (Part-Time Tempor a r y) to support the Communications Department with its digital accessibility program. This position is a 2-year limited-term appointment.

In this role, you will coordinate projects, track progress, and help ensure public-facing content meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards. The position works across departments and with vendors to advance accessibility initiatives and improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
This role contributes to the successful implementation of the City’s digital accessibility efforts through day-to-day activities such as tracking progress, maintaining content inventories, coordinating with departments and vendors, and assisting with remediation efforts. It is a detail-oriented position focused on organization, accountability, and consistent follow-through across multiple projects.
