This position provides Intake Services to individuals seeking services at the Charleston Center.
HIRING HOURLY: $16.00
Continuation of employment in this position is contingent upon availability of funding from service, program and agency earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities
The position provides coverage on the agency's helpline, providing information and screenings to the general public, calling and seeking information and/or services, including generation of an electronic health record, explanation and obtaining signatures on releases of information and forms allowing treatment to be provided, collection of insurance or other payer information.
The position provides coverage on the agency's helpline, providing information and screenings to the general public calling and seeking information and/or services.
The position also provides assistance to patients coming in for Withdrawal Management and Residential Services.
As this position is often the first contact the general public has with this agency, excellent customer service skills and professional presentation are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Position requires a high school diploma (or GED) supplemented by one (1) year experience in an administrative position. Healthcare experience preferred.
Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel preferred.
Bilingual candidate highly desired.
