Division Overview:

The Central Services Division (CSD) team works in partnership with agency divisions providing coaching on human resource policies and procedures, financial management and adherence to fiscal responsibility. We value and respect our fellow team members across the Montana Department of Justice.

Job Overview :

The Paralegal position performs a variety of paralegal functions for the Central Services Division, requiring the incumbent to work individually as well as with the attorneys, the management staff, and the Attorney General. The incumbent performs paralegal and administrative duties involving research and analysis of legal information such as statutes, court decisions, codes, rules, regulations, and other sources for use by staff attorneys. Additionally, the incumbent will be assigned to manage and coordinate various division projects from initiation to completion.
