Summary
Company Description Cime Therapeutics is a next-generation tech bio company that integrates synthetic chemistry, AI/ML, and automation to transform drug discovery. The organization has developed proprietary chemistry technology that enables faster, multi-step synthesis of complex molecules, providing a unique advantage in the industry. By combining multi-step synthesis and screening into a unified workflow, Cime accelerates the Design-Make-Test-Analyze cycle. Team members collaborate across scientific and technical disciplines to rapidly explore chemical space and advance therapeutic candidates.
Role Description The Senior/Principal Scientist will lead experimental design and execution to support Cime’s integrated synthesis and screening platform in an on-site, full-time role based in Boulder, CO. Responsibilities include planning and performing complex multi-step syntheses, optimizing reaction conditions, and analyzing results to inform iterative design of novel molecules. The scientist will align chemistry efforts with AI/ML-driven design and high-throughput screening strategies. Day-to-day activities involve generating and interpreting data, troubleshooting experiments, documenting methods and results, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. This is a lab based position.
